By accepting these terms when booking the So… What’s Next? six-week cohort, you agree to the following.
1. Your Place in the Programme
Your booking covers the sessions, resources and support described on the programme booking page. The price, schedule, payment arrangements and resource access period will be provided before you purchase. Your place is confirmed once the required payment has been received and we have sent your booking confirmation. Please check the dates and make sure you can commit the time. You must be at least 18 to participate.
2. Coaching and Your Decisions
The programme offers coaching, reflection and practical support for your career development. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We will deliver the programme with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions, and we cannot guarantee a particular career, financial or business outcome. You choose how much to share and may decline an exercise or discussion that you do not feel comfortable with.
3. What Is Shared in the Pod Stays in the Pod
Participants may share personal experiences, challenges and professional situations. Please treat those conversations with care and keep other participants’ identities, stories, work and contact details confidential, including after the programme ends. You are welcome to share your own learning, provided nobody else can reasonably be identified. Do not record, screenshot, transcribe or share sessions or other participants’ contributions without express permission. This includes using AI meeting assistants or uploading group discussions to AI tools. Please do not share confidential employer or client information that you are not authorised to disclose. We require everyone to respect confidentiality, although we cannot guarantee another participant’s conduct. Let us know promptly if you have a concern.
4. Participation and Etiquette
Be professional and courteous in sessions and programme spaces. Please join from somewhere private, arrive on time and respect everyone’s opportunity to contribute. Harassment, discrimination, unsolicited selling, repeated disruption or breaches of confidentiality may lead to removal from a session or the programme. We will act proportionately and explain our decision. Any refund will be assessed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Your Access and Programme Materials
Your login details, meeting links and programme access are for your use only. Please do not share them. The worksheets, frameworks and other resources are provided for your personal learning and development. They may not be sold, published, distributed or used to deliver your own commercial programme without our written permission. Your original reflections and work remain yours.
6. Photos, Recordings and Testimonials
Joining the programme does not give us permission to use your image, voice, testimonial or personal story for promotion. If we would like to record a session or use a contribution publicly, we will explain the purpose and ask for separate permission beforehand. You may decline without affecting your participation.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Once your booking is confirmed, we commit time and resources to delivering the programme. Cancellations by you Bookings are final and non-refundable for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, missed sessions or withdrawal, except where required by applicable law. If you can no longer participate, please contact us in advance. At our discretion, we may allow a transfer to a later cohort or another suitable participant, subject to availability and the nature of the programme. Missed sessions do not automatically entitle you to a private replacement session or recording. Cancellations or changes by us If we cancel before the programme begins, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your booking. If we cancel part of the programme, we will refund the undelivered portion, subject to any greater entitlement under applicable law. If the programme is postponed or materially changed, we will explain the available alternatives. If a materially changed arrangement is unsuitable, you may cancel the affected undelivered portion and receive the corresponding refund. A credit or transfer will not replace a refund to which you are legally entitled without your agreement. Your consumer rights Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Technology and Third-Party Services
Please make sure you have a suitable device and stable internet connection. We will help with access issues where reasonably possible, but cannot take responsibility for connectivity problems on your side. If a problem with our delivery prevents a session from taking place, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate remedy. We use third-party services to support delivery. Their own terms may also apply, without removing our responsibilities to you.
9. Responsibility and Applicable Law
You remain responsible for the decisions you make during and after the programme. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to you elsewhere. We may update these terms, but the version accepted when you book applies to your booking unless a change is agreed with you or required by law.
